JAMES PUGA
JAMES PUGA, P.E., President; received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Davis. He also holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Sacramento.
Jim has a varied background of work experience. He was a software engineer for the United States Air Force. He has designed and administrated computer networks for the State of California. Jim also worked on SCADA systems, involving initial design, configuration, testing, and startup. Jim has also done electrical and lighting design for commercial office buildings, grocery stores, retail, movie theaters, and multi-family projects.
